“Runway Ready” Fashion Show

Exhibitor Package:
Exhibitors are independently-owned boutiques, featuring clothing, shoes, jewels, pastries, etc….. at bargain prices. Contribute to the Runway Ready Fashion Show at West Potomac Academy June 12, 2010. The sponsorship package includes the following:

• Displays for shows are $35
• Feature/Sell/Promote personal business items
• Table rental: One 6’ table & 2 chairs for display
• Supply promotional items for event gift bags or special guest (optional)
• Complimentary admission to the show
• Sponsorship listing in show program and on West Potomac Academy website
• Please bring your own white or black table cloth.

Event Information:

• Set up at 4:30 PM
• Tear down completed immediately following the show
• Please leave no items overnight
• Exhibitors will be responsible for your own payment processing at the event. Cash/credit is recommended.
• Lighting will be limited, please supply additional lighting and extension cords.
• Target Audience: 800-1000 guest
