" Introduction to Illustration" Students will learn fast and easy techniques on how to illustrate fashion in no time. Get creative; express yourself through your drawing styles. We will focus on teaching you how to draw fashion figures and change it into different poses. Drawing hair and faces will be emphasized. You don't need any art background to take this class
'Introduction to Sewing' teaches basic techniques required to make a simple top and a straight skirt. While learning to use a sewing machine and an overlocker, students create samplers to be used as a reference. This course is recommended to those who have never sewn or have not sewn for a while.
You will learn how to select fabric, read a pattern envelope, layout your fabric & pattern, how to cut, and how to sew a simple project. You won't believe how easy it is. You not only learn how to sew a almost anything, but you also acquire new skills. You can apply those new skills to other simple sewing projects. Plus, you can build on your knowledge in future projects.
