Booth Fee: $45 for booth space (includes a 6' table and 2 chairs)
*if you have your own tables and tents you can use it instead of requesting a table.
What types of vendors are you looking for? designers, technology gadgets, handmade goods of all kinds, vintage items, henna designers, food, creative services, jewelry, accessories, home goods, supplies, photography, art work, hats, doggie products, food, pottery, books, soaps, stationary, prints, foot jewels, graffiti.
Is the event inside or outside? The event is indoors and traffic is heavy. Electricity is provided.

Event Promotion? Social media, press links, fashion websites, blogs. We also will communicate through many vendor hotspots (michaels, pearls, utrecth, hancock fabrics, and more).
Spaces Available? We are only accepting 25 vendor spaces. The event sell sout every year and draws major attentioon so sign up fast.

We are cordially inviting you to visit and participate on Project Stitch Studio's Fashion & Craft Bazaar one the best fashion and craft bazaar in 2011 at the "Speak Your Piece" Runway Show.
The Fashion and Craft Bazaar 2011 is a event where members of the press, buyers, designers can purchase the latest and greatest fashion and craft design collections.
The Fashion and Craft Bazaar 2011 takes place every year at the project stitch studio runway show. Young and established designers and craft-masters will show their collections at the bazaar.
The Fashion and Crafts 2011 will consists of numerous catwalk shows, products demo, seminars and major shopping.
This year's fashion and craft bazaar has a lot to offer: a growing pool of talents, an inspiring place to visit and a vibrant place to do business.
Exhibitors are independently-owned boutiques, featuring clothing, shoes, jewels, pastries, etc… at bargain prices. Many exhibitors also feature merchandise at discounted rates. The sponsorship package includes the following:
• Displays for shows are $45
• Feature/Sell/Promote personal business items
• Table rental: One 6’ table & 2 chairs for display
• Supply promotional items for event gift bags or special guest (optional)
• Complimentary admission to the show
• Sponsorship listing in show program and on West Potomac Academy website.
• Please bring your own white or black table cloth.
